We're Lisa and Pete and we're enjoying amazing adventures travelling with our two young boys. Whilst we do that, we thought we would let our home out to guests looking for a great Birmingham base, close to the NEC, Birmingham Airport, and with great travel links to Birmingham City Centre. You will find our home cosy and inviting, with 5-star reviews on Airbnb and Booking.com
We now take bookings via our own website in order to pass on great discounts to our new and returning guests. We look forward to welcoming you!
LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS
If you want a hearty breakfast, turn right out of the property and head up the hill towards Marston Green. You will find the Picnic Basket next to the train station, highly recommended! They also offer a delivery service too.
Our favourite local restaurant has to be the Kutum Bari which you can conveniently find right across the road! Jay and the team will take good care of you and what's more, there's a discount card in our welcome book giving you 15% off! Dine in or take away, children welcome and there's a buffet on Sundays.
If you fancy a nice walk, why not head to Sheldon Country Park? Turn right when you leave the property and right again into the park next to the pedestrian crossing. From here enjoy a lovely stroll, to see the airplanes landing & taking off. Walk further on to Sheldon Country Park & Free Farm
Take Away
Our favourite option for takeaway is Marston Green Chop Suey. There's a menu in the welcome guide. If Chinese isn't for you, there's the Kutum Bari Indian restaurant opposite our house, or Piri Fino for a Nando's style dinner.
Head to North Solihull Sports Centre if you're missing your regular gym or swim sessions. Roughly a 7-10 minute drive away.

Drayton Manor Theme Park
Just a 30-minute drive to the fun and excitement of Drayton Manor Theme Park and the home of Thomas Land.
Birmingham City Centre
A 7 min walk to Marston Green Train station followed by a direct train to Birmingham City Centre and you will find yourself in the UK's second city with plenty to see and do! Visiting at Christmas? You have to see the Frankfurt Christmas Market.
Sheldon Country Park
If you fancy a nice walk, why not head to Sheldon Country Park? Turn right when you leave the property and right again into the park next to the pedestrian crossing. From here enjoy a lovely stroll, and stop on the way to the country park to see the airplanes landing & taking off. Once at the country park visit the farm to see the animals, enjoy food and if you have little ones there's a park too.
